Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide highly professional nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while guiding and supervising other team members.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a Texas nursing license or eligibility, have BLS certification, and possess at least 1 year of RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Current additional certifications as required by department.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 1 year RN experience.

Job Description :

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
