Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to render professional and technical nursing care, directing care using the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires BSN preferred, current BLS, Texas RN license or eligibility, and 6 months RN experience. Part-time shift 0700-1900, within a Magnet-designated teaching hospital with extensive services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification on hire.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.

Your Job: Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
