Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week from 7pm to 7:30am, with rotations on weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced ED environment.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support unlicensed staff under supervision. IL licensure and BLS/CPR are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high-quality patient experience.

What You Will Need
