Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks an experienced emergency nurse to coordinate and deliver critical care for emergency patients. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs while delegating tasks to qualified nursing staff to assure efficient care delivery.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, collaboration with ambulance teams, and supporting the facility's mission with high-quality patient care. Flexible shifts and incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the state of practice.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 1 year.
• ENPC and TNCC certifications within 2 years preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Additional certifications like ENPC and TNCC within 2 years are preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
