Job summary

Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room in Borger, TX. The RN will perform diverse duties as caregiver, decision maker, advocate and educator, contributing to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED.

Required: RN from an accredited program, TX RN license, current CPR, and preferred 1+ year ER experience. Competitive wages with sign-on and relocation benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Currently registered in the State of Texas as an RN.
• Current CPR qualifications.
• One or more years of ER experience as an RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN serves in multiple roles in the Emergency Department, including caregiver, decision maker, client advocate, manager, rehabilitator, comforter, communicator and teacher.
• Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity ED setting and collaborates with the care team to promote dignity and quality of nursing care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Currently registered in the State of Texas as a RN

Current CPR qualifications

One or more years of ER experience as an RN preferred
