ChristianaCare is hiring overnight Registered Nurses (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) across multiple campuses in Delaware to deliver lifesaving care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Qualified candidates have a BSN or plan to obtain it within 3 years, at least 1 year of Med/Surg or ED experience, and BLS certification. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment, plus comprehensive Day One benefits and a Magnet-recognized environment.

Schedule

Full-Time Flex (72 hours/pay period)

Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Weekends per hospital practice and two holidays per year

The $20,000 sign-on bonus is paid in four $5,000 installments with a two-year commitment to the overnight schedule.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
