• Strong communication, teamwork, safety awareness, and clinical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and modify individualized care plans, and execute nursing interventions.
• Document patient care accurately, verify physician orders, and assist with procedures such as airway management, central lines, and suturing.
• Maintain patient and staff safety by reporting hazards, participating in safety protocols, and ensuring equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Coordinate with healthcare team, communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, ordering supplies, and ensuring unit readiness.
• Complete incident reports and adhere to departmental protocols specific to emergency nursing.
