Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of in ER experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Mandatory BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• Willingness to travel and reside at least 50 miles from Mattoon facility.

This position is located in a 27-bed ER at a community hospital, providing care for both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced emergency environment. The shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering 36 guaranteed hours per week. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive care to patients experiencing emergency medical conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent critical thinking and prioritization skills while adapting to the dynamic and challenging nature of emergency care. Mandatory certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with TNCC being preferred. Applicants must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility.
