Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic emergency department. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Role includes triage, behavioral health, and critical care for diverse patient populations in a Level II Trauma, Level I Stroke, and STEMI setting, within a 63-bed unit. A 16-week nurse residency program supports ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Missouri RN licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience in emergency department care is a plus.

• Provide care in a Level II Trauma, Level I Stroke, and STEMI emergency setting, including triage and critical care.
• Work in a 63-bed unit with RN-to-patient ratio of 3-4 and collaborate with physicians.
