AdventHealth in Florida seeks a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a night shift setting in Dade City. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and document outcomes in the EMR with strict adherence to safety and policy guidelines.

The role requires leadership, teamwork, strong communication, and a focus on patient education, while supporting unit operations and clinical ladder advancement when eligible.

Qualifications

• RN required with Florida license.
• EKG knowledge required; NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with electronic medical records.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
