Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts to provide direct and indirect patient care, health maintenance, education and counseling. You will collaborate with physicians and the health care team to deliver quality, cost-effective care across units.

The role requires an active MA RN license, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and basic computer skills. On-site work with focus on patient education and teamwork. 35+ hours per week, competitive wage.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• 0-1 years related work experience; previous experience preferred.
• BLS-AHA required or obtained within 30 days of hire
• ACLS-AHA required in all critical care areas or obtained within 60 days of hire
• PALS-AHA required in ED/Float or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office applications.

Required Qualifications:

• PALS-AHA required in ED/Float or obtained within 90 days of hire

• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Physical Nature of the Job:

Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Job is physical in nature and employee needs to stand and/or move around through the majority of their shift.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
