Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university is required.
• Registered Nurse License issued by a state board is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications (PALS, TNCC, Conscious Sedation, NIH Stroke Scale) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shifts are 7a–7p, Sunday through Saturday.
• Work side-by-side with the rest of the team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety while coordinating with physicians and staff.

Summary

Kansas Medical Center is a fully physician owned 58 bed hospital offering a wide array of specialties for both inpatient and outpatient services. We have 6 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 2 Cath Labs, and outpatient services that include X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, PT, Lab, and Cardiac Rehab. In addition to our main campus, KMC operates 3 Family Practice clinics, a large cardiology clinic and multiple cardiology outreach clinics throughout the state of Kansas.
