Pre-Op and PACU at Eagle Highlands Surgery Center. IU Health Eagle Highland Surgery Center is a multidisciplinary surgery center in Indianapolis. We offer fully equipped, technologically sophisticated operating rooms. Our surgery center operates Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays!
