Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association is seeking a Charge RN II to lead nursing operations in a dialysis clinic and ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate daily patient activities, supervise nursing staff, and oversee dialysis treatments while developing individualized care plans for CKD patients.

The role requires strong leadership, dialysis expertise, effective triage, and collaborative communication with physicians and the care team to improve outcomes and maintain compliance
