Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a full-time day shift in Illinois. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the medical team.

RN license and BLS are required; additional specialties preferred. Starting pay is competitive with a strong benefits package, including day-one medical coverage and parental leave.

Job Description:

Registered Nurse starting pay is 37.50/hr

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
