Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a luxury care home specialising in older adults, including those with dementia. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Compassionate, patient and committed to high standards of care.
• Experience in care homes or dementia care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards.
• Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health.
