Job summary

AdventHealth Minneola is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a hospital setting. You will assess needs, plan care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, full-time days. Florida RN license and ASN required; BSN preferred. Eligible clinicians may earn up to 20% salary increases through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Florida.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and teamwork.
