Job summary
Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Sylvania in Sylvania, OH is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for Dayshift (7:00 am to 7:30 pm), every other weekend, with a $3000 sign-on bonus and instant pay option.
Pay is based on years of experience and discussed during the interview. We offer major medical benefits, PTO, 401K and other perks.
You will monitor patients, collaborate with physicians, supervise staff, and provide compassionate care in a patient-centered setting.
Qualifications
- RN with proven experience and ability to care for patients independently.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency care.
- Commitment to health and safety guidelines and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- BSN or nursing diploma and valid license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient condition and assess needs.
- Observe symptoms and report to physicians.
- Collaborate on individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures and charting.
- Administer medications per orders.
- Maintain hygiene and safety in facilities.
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
- Foster compassionate environment.
