Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift. You will deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care, coordinating the patient experience and ensuring safety and infection control standards are met.

Florida RN licensure is required, BLS is mandatory, and ACLS/ECG interpretation may be required for telemetry units. BSN is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure required and actively licensed.
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS and basic EKG interpretation for telemetry units may be required.
• BSN degree preferred for demonstrated bedside and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient experience and care across shifts and disciplines.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and QA standards 100% of the time.
• Assist patients, families, physicians, and staff in a professional manner.
• Follow environmental care standards and adapt to varied patient populations.
