You will provide person-centered nursing care, administer medications, complete timely documentation, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Team player with reliable work ethic.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff as assigned.
