The compensation range for the role is $56.58 - $62.71 hourly

Incumbents previously trained within the ICU’s, PCU, CDA 2 West, ED will continue to float) *Patient population (CTSD patients / day 3 and beyond, CTICU – will not be assigned to CC Floats / will only be assigned to the unit as supportive assignment)

Required Experience

1-year Critical Care or SDU experience or upon successful completion of the GHMC ICU Fellowship program.

Preferred Experience

ACLS
PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer;
MERT Training within 6 months of hire or transfer
CRRT Training within 1 year of hire or transfer TNCC required within 1 year for all new hires and transfers; *Staff will be required to complete a CRRT Refresher every two years.
ECCO & ENA Modules required within 9 months or must demonstrate competency Hospital Crisis Intervention Training Course upon hire or transfer and annually thereafter.
