Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a full-time Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care across medical-surgical and rehab units in Oklahoma. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care, developing and modifying care plans to meet evolving needs, while adhering to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC standards.

• 2-3 years of critical care experience.
• Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Key responsibilities include:

assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with HHS standards. The RN must develop and modify care plans tailored to patient needs, ensuring adherence to regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC.

Qualifications:
