Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in North Carolina is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will support and mentor nursing staff, oversee patient flow, perform assessments, and develop/update care plans while educating patients and families. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure (RN) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality improvement processes.
