Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Administer medications following best practices.
