Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will maintain professional accountability and coordinate patient care with other departments while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires licensure, and ongoing compliance with state board requirements, with Basic Life Support certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
