Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• 1 year RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a charge nurse and ensure appropriate patient care.
• Lead teams as part of daily practice.
• Participate in NGMC committees/councils and nursing quality teams.
• Model professional practice and patient safety to improve outcomes.
• Actively participate in unit-based quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
