ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a client health system in New York. In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide quality patient care, demonstrate clinical competence, and participate in ongoing Performance Improvement.

You will use the nursing process, attend to the diverse needs of patients, and support Health Care Teams to ensure effective care. NYS RN licensure and BLS are required, with strong communication skills in English expected.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
• Knowledge of appropriate technology and practice standards for area of responsibility.
• Demonstrates sound clinical skills, understanding of the acute care process and standards of practice.
• Registered Nurse New York - New York State Board of Nursing (Required).
• BLS - American Heart Association (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality patient care by demonstrating clinical competence and participating in ongoing Performance Improvement.
• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process, with attention to the total population's needs and coordinating care with Health Care Teams.
• Assumes clinical leadership on the unit as assigned by the Clinical Nurse Manager.
