Job summary

Elemental Career Pathways is seeking a Per Diem RN Educator to lead a 3-week CNA Hybrid Training Program. You’ll guide future CNAs through hands-on skills and clinical training, turning online learning into real-world confidence and experience across NYS.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientations, delivering engaging sessions, maintaining BLS instructor certification, and assessing/meeting educational and competency needs for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1 year of long-term care experience or equivalent.
• Current RN license in NY (NYSED).
• BLS certification through American Heart Association is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel 5–10 days per month across NYS.

Requirements

• Experience providing in-service education or demonstrated skill in clinical teaching
• Mandatory 1-year long-term care experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through NYSED
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Must have reliable transportation Must be able to travel for a minimum of 5-10 days per month throughout NYS
