Job summary

Henry Ford Health System - Jackson Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit (Observation) on the night shift. You will lead nursing care, develop patient care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely and safe management in a fast-paced CDU setting.

Position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, and BSN progression with strong communication skills for patients and families.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire
  
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
