Job summary

The RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse delivers high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting guided by evidence-based practice, professional standards, and organizational models.

Qualifications

• Coordinating safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Supporting performance improvement activities, participating in research and evidence-based practice, and serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified workforce.
• Promoting adherence to policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals and quality initiatives.
• Proactively planning patient care across the continuum, developing protocols, and optimizing resource utilization.
  

Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and additional certifications as required. Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
