Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an experienced inpatient nurse to deliver comprehensive bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients and families within a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialized nursing training program.

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and patient education, within a team-based environment. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and adjusts care as needed.
