Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree in nursing; graduates of accredited programs.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or transfer.
• Active Florida nursing license or eligibility letter; BLS required at start.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and standards.
• Function as charge nurse when assigned and supervise others as needed.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients across age groups.
