Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs in Savannah, GA.

As a key liaison among patients, families, providers, and staff, you will promote safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes while maintaining licensure, pursuing ongoing development, and supporting a collaborative, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leadership and Med Surg experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
