Springhill Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking a passionate Hospice RN to join our team. You will provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives and work in a supportive environment with team backing.

Expect a standard schedule with local oversight; requires RN licensure in Alabama and hospice experience is preferred. This role emphasizes compassionate care and meticulous documentation to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in Alabama.
• One year nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical documentation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications and treatments.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Office Location: Mobile, AL

Coverage area: Mobile county

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm

As a RN Case Manager You will:

• Assess/ monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

Qualifications
