Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Case Manager to support multiple units with a flexible placement between them. The role involves managing a typical caseload of about 20 patients while coordinating care and communicating across teams.

This day-shift position runs 8:00–16:00, with every other weekend required. The role is on-site in Portland, OR, and offers collaboration with healthcare professionals within our network.

• Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
