Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will perform assessments, develop and implement plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must have an RN license, BLS/CPR, and at least six months of nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program; BSN in progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
• RN license to practice at HMH location at hire date.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and coordinate with physicians and support staff.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care through documentation and communication.
