Qualifications

• Student or graduate of a nursing program.
• Evidence of completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing within five years from the RN start date (for RN start after Apr 1, 2020).
• Evidence of completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing as stipulated by program in place at hire (RN start before Apr 1, 2020).
