Ardent Health Services seeks a CV Data & Admin Cardiovascular Data Analyst Registered Nurse (RN) for day shift in Tulsa, OK. The role blends clinical data work with patient care oversight to support cardiovascular registries and quality initiatives.

You will work with cardiovascular databases, ensure timely data abstraction and reporting, and contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards for clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-Year Associate Degree is required.
• RN credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing before hire date or job transfer date.
• 1–3 years of previous work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs data abstraction and entry into cardiovascular databases for multiple purposes, including national registries/databases that provide benchmarking and quality improvement.
• Completes data collection within established timeframes to meet harvest deadlines.
• Generates weekly, monthly and other aggregate reports for cardiovascular meetings, administration, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• The CV RN Data Analyst uses clinical knowledge and skills to perform data abstraction and data entry into various Cardiovascular databases for multiple purposes; these include participation in national registries/databases that provide benchmarking opportunities and support improving patient care/quality outcomes.
• Completes data abstraction and collection within established timeframes in order to meet data harvest deadlines.
• Assists in generating weekly, monthly and other aggregate reports as requested for cardiovascular meetings, administration, quality management and other purposes.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 2-Year Associate Degree
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained before hire date or job transfer date

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Clinical background preferably Cardiovascular related & understanding of medical terminology
• 1-3 years of previous work experience
