A full-time Registered Nurse opportunity is available on the Cardiac Neuro Telemetry (Med-Tele) unit at a 221-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center in Sanford, Florida. This hospital is home to the only full-service cardiovascular program in Seminole and West Volusia counties, offering advanced services including open heart surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and comprehensive cardiac diagnostics.
This position is based on a 27-bed Medical/Telemetry unit that cares for a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neurological, and medical patients recovering from conditions such as CABG, myocardial infarction, and chest pain. The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans. The role also includes administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, wellness, and positive patient outcomes.
