Health Wealth Safe, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Registered Nurse (Cath Lab Holding) to provide high-quality pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac and interventional patients in a fast-paced holding environment.

You will perform patient assessments, initiate monitoring, manage IV therapy and medication administration as ordered, educate patients, and coordinate care with the cath lab team while maintaining strict safety and infection control practices.

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac/interventional patient care, monitoring, and medication administration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Registered Nurse (Cath Lab Holding)

Provide high-quality pre- and post-procedure nursing care for cardiac and interventional patients in a fast-paced cath lab holding environment. Perform patient assessment, initiate and manage cardiac monitoring, and deliver IV therapy and medication administration as ordered.

Support patient outcomes by providing patient education and coordinating care with the cath lab team. Participate in emergency response when needed, while maintaining strict safety and infection control practices.
