Henry Ford St John Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab in Detroit. The unit performs 15-18 procedures daily and operates Monday–Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating on-call after hours, weekends, and holidays.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care to adults 18+. BSN preferred; Michigan RN licensure and BLS required soon after hire.

Day shift, 40 hours per week, four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Rotating on-call required, including at least one weekday per week and every 4th-5th weekend. On-call coverage for 2 holidays per year. Finish-the-day requirements at least once per week.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
Henry Ford St John Hospital’s Cardiac Cath Lab is 4-Lab department that conducts approximately 15-18 procedures per day. Our patient population is strictly adults (18 years and older), both inpatient and outpatient, that are admitted via our inpatient units, observation unit, or directly via the Emergency Department. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM; we do require rotating on-call after hours, weekends and holidays.
We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Registered Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, Interventional Radiation Technologists, and Unit Support. Our unit fosters a growth mindset through annual and on-going education. If you are a Registered Nurse with at least one year of prior critical care experience, we want to meet you!
