CoxHealth is seeking an ICU nurse for the Branson ICU unit. This role focuses on providing direct, specialized care to critically ill patients during night shifts, with a 36-hour work week. You will monitor complex devices and collaborate with a skilled team to drive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Required: Missouri RN license, BLS within 90 days, ACLS within one year. Preferred: BSN and prior ICU experience. CoxHealth offers competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in Missouri.

They assess the patient’s condition, perform diagnostic tests, begin treatments and assist doctors with any required medical procedures. The critical care nurse monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interprets and records electronic displays; i.e. intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, pulmonary artery pressures, cardiac rhythms, ventilator settings, etc.

$1.00 Certification pay $1.00 BSN pay Career Ladder Bonus eligible up to $5,000
