Avita is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse in Georgia for a full-time role with a 36-hour work week. The position offers an hourly base rate of $38.00 to $42.00, with 5% night shift and 10% weekend differentials, plus a $3.00 charge shift differential.

The role requires clinical data interpretation, patient intake collaboration, therapeutic rapport, and the ability to assist in Treatment Plans and Behavioral Health Assessments. Back-up for admissions/discharges is included.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in Georgia or hold a COMPACT license.
• Ability to obtain and interpret clinical and medical information to expedite processing referrals.
• Ability to engage with consumers at intake and set expectations for unit and milieu.
• Ability to articulate psychotherapeutic education and wellness groups.
• Assist LCSW/LPC with Treatment Plans and revisions.
• Ability to develop Behavioral Health Assessments with empathy.

Full Time - 36 hours a week

Schedule - 8a to 8p - 3 days a week with rotating weekends

Base Rate - $38.00 to 42.00 an hour, based on length of licensure

The ideal candidate must have:

• Ability to obtain and interpret clinical and medical information to expedite processing referrals
• Ability to engage with consumers upon intake, to assist with expectations of and acclamation to the unit and milieu
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport during stay to assist in promotion of warm hand-offs to aftercare providers
• Ability to articulate clearly and provide psychotherapeutic education, wellness and medication education groups
• Ability to assist LCSW/LPC with the development of Treatment Plans and Treatment Plan revisions
• Ability to establish rapport and exhibit empathy to obtain pertinent and useful clinical data in the development of Behavioral Health Assessments.

This position will also be the back-up for admission and discharge processing.

Must be a registered nurse in the state of Georgia or hold comparable COMPACT license.

5% shift differential for weekday nights

10% shift differential for weekends

$3.00 hourly flat rate differential for charge shifts
