Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team across Arizona. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients and carries out orders from medical practitioners, coordinating with the care team to ensure timely treatment and safety.

Required are an Associate's degree in Nursing and an active Arizona RN license; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Competitive pay, shift differentials, and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and clean 39-month MVR.
• Experience in behavioral health or medical crisis settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate barriers to service promptly to the supervisor and attending practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
