Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital in Blackwood, NJ is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. You will provide high-quality patient care for individuals with behavioral health needs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Shifts include 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, and every other weekend is required. We value compassionate care, strong communication, and excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, treatment, and support.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate discharge planning.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.

Job Summary:

The available shifts are as follows:

• 7AM - 7PM
• 7PM – 7AM

Every other weekend is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, treatment, and support
