Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health in Framingham, MA. You will assess patients, contribute to individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, an active RN license, and 1+ year of behavioral health experience, with strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Framingham, MA area for the following position: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Behavioral health, Counseling, Intake, Medication side effects, PTSD, Psychosomatic Medication Interactions, Suicide and self harm risk assessment, or Therapeutic nurse/patient relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support
