Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for a post-surgical unit on the Baylor shift (7:00pm–7:30am). The role covers patients from multiple surgical services, with bonuses for relocation and hiring, and full benefits.

Requirements include MN RN license and BSN within 3 years; BLS is required, MS nursing certification preferred. Relocation and weekend coverage details apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required.
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for post-surgical patients admitted from General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN, ENT, Urology, Plastics and Trauma Surgery.
• Provide compassionate nursing care on the 7:00pm–7:30am shift on the Baylor unit.
• Support recovery and milestones toward home for post-surgical patients.

Care for those who are admitted after surgery from the General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Trauma Surgery.

  • Full-time | Baylor | Onsite
  • 7:00pm-7:30am
  • Every Friday/Saturday/Sunday | holidays based on weekend

• Pay and Benefits

  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
    • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
