The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Oregon RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS within 6 months. Experience in critical care is preferred; new grads may be considered within six months of licensure.

SalaryRange:$53.9900- $77.79

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

The Intensive Care Unit at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) is comprised of 12 Critical Care beds. The department is operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with specialty trained Critical Care nurses.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute patient care environment is preferred
• Critical care experience ispreferred
• New grad RN's within 6 months of obtaining licensure may be considered without prior experience requirements

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
• ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required within 6 months of start date

Preferred Certifications

• CCRN-A: Certified Critical Care RN - Adults
• CCRN-P: Critical Care RN - Pediatrics
• CCRN-N: Critical Care Registered Nurse - Neonatal
