Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 0.9 FTE full-time night shift (3rd shift). The role involves delivering expert nursing care to assigned patients, using the nursing process, and maintaining high standards of compassion and efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and preferred RN experience in Med/Surg, plus potential for relocation assistance.

SalaryRange:$53.99 - $77.79

Shift Differentials:

• 2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Located in Medford, Oregon,Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC)is a 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise. The hospital team delivers nationally recognized heart and stroke care, orthopedic services, cancer care, and diabetes care, as well as a comprehensive range of key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, the region’s only neonatal intensive care unit, home care and hospice services, and the only hospital-based sleep center in Southern Oregon.

Within our Medical Surgical (aka “Med-Surg”) specialties at ARRMC, you will discover a variety of specialties including Cardiac, General Medicine, Post Surgical, Ortho Neuro, and Medical Oncology. With the strong support of our skilled CNAs, our average nurse staffing ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. As a Med Surg nurse, you will find a wide variety of diagnoses, along with complex diseases and conditions, giving you broad experiences and exposures to new challenges.

Position Summary

A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s).Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing,preferred

Experience

• RN experience in Med/Surg or equivalent experience is preferred
• Charge Nurse experience is preferred
• Cardiac rhythms experience is preferred

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start
• HNC: Holistic Nursing Certification is preferred
• MSN RN-BC: Medical Surgical Nurse RN Board Certification is preferred
• WCC: Wound Care Certification is preferred
• CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical RN is preferred
