Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Arlington Heights location. You will work noon to 8:30 pm with call requirements, including weekends and weekdays, as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Certification/License: Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Follow physician orders and hospital policies; comply with Illinois Nurse Practice Act and ANA Standards.
• Collaborate with care team to revise plans of care as needed and ensure quality outcomes.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse

• Location: Arlington Heights

• Full time

• Hours: Noon to 8:30pm with call requirements (including wkends/wkdays)

What you will do:

Reporting to a Clinical Manager or designee, the Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated. Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the ANA Code of Ethics.

What you will need:

• Education:

  • Successful completion of an Associate?s degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. employment.

• Certification/ License:

  • Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.

  • Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
